We collect "Master Record" data (Name, ID, Dept) solely for authentication.

Logistics Tracking:

GPS data from the transporting.gif phase is used strictly for internal monitoring and fleet efficiency.

As established in our IT Handover, all passwords are encrypted using PBKDF2 with SHA256.

Audit Logs:

We maintain an Activity_Log of all administrative actions to ensure internal accountability and prevent unauthorized data changes.
